CWA Local 3105 - District 3

We are Union, We are Family, We are Proud

Be a part of the solution, not the problem!

Next membership meeting is July 5, 2012

General Membership meetings are the first Thursday of every month, mark you calendars!

The meeting starts at 7:00pm sharp!

At the January 6, 2011 membership meeting, it was voted to change the monthly membership meetings to quarterly.
Contract Barganing for District 3 starts June 3rd!

LET’S SHOW AT$T THAT EVERY UNION MEMBER IS WILLING TO DO WHATEVER IT TAKES TO WIN A FAIR CONTRACT

That is the day bargaining begins with AT&T at four different tables --  AT&T West, Midwest, Northeast and Legacy T.  We haven’t seen their proposals yet and they haven’t seen ours but we know some things for sure:

  • They want to improve their bottom line by taking as much from us as they can and we need to protect and improve the lives of our members.
  • They will be looking for us to pay more for Health Care and we will be looking to protect our benefits.
  • They will be trying to eat away at our working conditions – again going after things like flex days, paid absences and our monitoring language.  We will be looking to improve the working lives of our members.

They are not interested in preserving good jobs and that is our MAIN concern.

If anyone has something they want CWA to consider at the bargaining tables, please fill out the approporiate form and return to the Local, a Steward, or Officer, using one form for each suggestion/topic.  Please return by April 15th.
